The site layout is modeled after the RMarkdown tutorial site. RMarkdown package is used to create our custom template and also to customize our HTML output.

This website is based on the framework provided in the GitHub repo ashlar-trial by Joyce Hsiao. She is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Human Genetics at the University of Chicago.

Special thanks John Blischak at the University of Chicago for sharing his workflow template. Our workflow was inspired by his site that documents the steps for preprocessing and statistical analysis in a project that investigates experimental artifacts in single-cell RNA-seq data.
